RISS CHECK spray for crack detection

In this penetrant testing cracks can be easily visualized.
The prerequisite for this liquid penetrant inspection that cracks to the surface are open. It is used mainly for metallic materials, but can also be applied to other materials, such as plastics, ceramics, glass etc.

Especially the surface cracks in loaded workpieces is the most dangerous mistake, since these can lead to early break because of the notch effect.
For locating these surface cracks penetrant testing is suitable using the RISS CHECK.

This nondestructive crack test is applied to welds, castings, shipbuilding, aerospace, automotive, engineering etc.

Degreasing and cleaning of specimens with RISS CHECK Cleaner	Spray with RISS CHECK Red, penetration time 3- 25 minutes	Remove RISS CHECK Red with RISS CHECK Cleaner from the surface	Shake RISS CHECK Developer vigorously and spray evenly. Development time from 1 to 25 minutes.
